We assembled a diverse team, consisting of 2-3 people from each of our internal departments, to participate in a series of meetings to evaluate our company’s culture and values. At the conclusion of this series of meetings, the team delivered insights on how to improve our company culture as well as a list of values they felt best represented what was most important to the employees at UNION. These values were then brought to the owners for open dialogue and further refinement in order to align with the company’s vision for a culture that UNITES, whether it is around beer, our community, our people or our values
