We teamed up with Max from Baltimore Spirits Company to make (and show you how to make) our very own Hoppy Gin Fizz using BSC Shot Tower Gin and our Hopwater Springs!

INGREDIENTS:

– 2oz BSC Shot Tower Gin
– 1/2oz Simple Syrup
– 1/2oz Lemon Juice
– 1/2oz Lime Juice
– 3 Shakes of Orange Flower Water
– 1oz Cream
– 1/2 Egg
– 1.5oz Hopwater Springs

RECIPE:

1. Start by chilling your Collins Glass
2. In your shaker, combine Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Orange Flower Water, one Egg White, Cream, and Gin.
3. Shake vigorously for five minutes.
4. Open the shaker, add ice, and shake for two more minutes.
6. Empty your Collins glass and pour the contents of your shaker into it.
7. Gently pour in the Hopwater Springs using a stirrer to maintain the meringue. (Don’t break it!)
8. Add a straw, and savor your creation!
