Part-Time Packaging Technician

Reports to: Canning Line Manager and Kegging Specialist
Overview: UNION Craft Brewing is currently looking for a part-time Packaging Technician. This position provides support to the packaging team by assisting with the packaging of our products while maintaining company policies and ensuring that packaging meets UNION Craft Brewing’s high-quality standards. It is essential for this position to communicate regularly and effectively with the packaging team to ensure all packaging responsibilities are fulfilled safely, efficiently, effectively, and accurately.will be professional and motivated.
Schedule: Flexible, 12-25 hrs/week

Assist in keg cleaning and kegging of beer
Assist in the operation of UNION Craft Brewing’s canning line and supporting equipment
Follow packaging maintenance schedules and troubleshoot packaging equipment as needed
Follow UCB’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Clean-in-Place sanitation Procedures (CIP)
Follow, observe, and enforce all safety rules and regulations
Completing other tasks as needed on non packaging days
Maintaining a clean work environment
