Tart Saison
Brewer Dean’s Rought Draughts: Tart Saison, our first mixed fermentation brew with Brettanomyces. This slightly hazy, pale golden Saison boasts aromas of citrus peel, peachy stone fruit, wildflower, and hay. It’s got a nice, full mouthfeel with bright citrus and peach notes and earthy, rustic, crackery malts.
