Come in for a special Yoga Class at the brewery with local instructor Marcus Stanback.
Tickets can be purchased with or without a beverage voucher so be sure to select which ticket you would like to purchase . Come enjoy an all levels yoga flow with a fun playlist and a relaxed vibe to help you relax midway through the week. Marcus will be teaching some technical tips during the warm up, an accessible flow for most able-bodied folks, and then finishing with some slow, yin-like stretching and a breathing exercise to close the experience.
Marcus is a seasoned instructor from Baltimore and has been teaching at Movement Gym Hampden (next door to the brewery) for some time now. This class is a chance to get an extended yoga experience and community gathering centered around a mindful unwinding
