Look what got a makeover! After a decade on the scene – the UNION journey continues.

If you’ve been paying close attention, you may have noticed some design changes to our core brands. Over the summer, we’ve been slowly releasing our new looks. Years in the making, today begins the official launch of our refreshed look to our year-round cans.

Over a decade ago, as we entered the beer market, we wanted to create brands that were built to last – brands that reflected our approach to brewing – with one foot in the past, and one foot stepping towards the future. An iconic look, that felt like it had always been there and at the same time, was fresh and new. Our core brands, the ones that we brew all year long, are the heart and soul of UNION and as some great beers have come and gone within the family over the years, we think our current line-up is some of the best beer we’ve ever made. And they deserved a little glow-up. 

Our refreshed branding shouldn’t look all that unfamiliar. We worked carefully with former Baltimore creative, Nolen Strals, to preserve the soul of our original design aesthetic, and bring it in alignment with our current and future goals. Each brand within the core line now features its own unique personality through bold color, custom typography, and sharp story-telling elements.

Keeping the overall look and feel as classic as it always was and allowing each brand’s unique story to truly shine, this is a new beginning for our beloved brews. Over the next few weeks, as these new cans begin to get filled and hit the stores, we’ll dive deeper into each brand’s unique identity.

We’ve always said that every can of UNION beer, regardless of where it goes, is a liquid postcard, with love and pride from Baltimore. We thank you for your support and hope you’ll continue to bring these beers into your lives for many years to come.
