How To Trap A Mouse: The UNION Way

Step 1: Determine if Mouse is a Lager Mouse or an Ale Mouse

Step 2A: For Lager Mouse: Set out a simple mouse trap. Wait at least 1+ month to catch a mouse.

Step 2B: For Ale Mouse: Find a Belgian-style Saison yeast with earthy, spicy, old-world farmhouse esters and blend with copious amounts of fruity, modern, Hop varietals. The hop aromatics will be intoxicating and absolutely irresistible, acting like a magnet for attracting the modern North American rodent. Following the hops, the spicy yeast will send the mouse into its subconscious mouse brain and trigger a genetically embedded nostalgia for the laid-back lifestyle of its field mouse ancestors. With one tiny mouse-tongued taste, the animal will have entered a state of ecstasy from which its tiny brain will be rendered incapacitated and thus trapped in a flavor vortex.
