Maibock Lagered In Oak

Introducing Zephyr, the latest release from our Workshop Series. Named after the gentle breeze that signals the arrival of warmer days, Zephyr is a Maibock Lagered in Oak.

Crafted with meticulous care, Zephyr presents a medium honey-amber hue topped with a dense, sticky off-white foam. Robust aromas of crusty bread and honey dominate, while subtle toastiness from oak aging adds depth to the bouquet. Delicate hints of sweet floral hops intertwine with nuances of raw almond and brown sugar. On the palate, Zephyr delivers a balanced experience with moderate sweetness counterpoised by a restrained yet perceptible bitterness. The mild oak tannin on the finish wraps up the experience seamlessly, leaving a lasting impression of harmony.

Brewed with heirloom Isaria barley, Germany’s oldest malting variety, Zephyr is a testament to our commitment to quality and tradition. Fermented in stainless, unfiltered, and lagered for one month in 500-liter neutral oak puncheons.
