Like the humble tri-clamp, our hard-working brewery teams dedicate themselves to the dirty work – the early mornings, late nights, and hot days in the brewhouse. This Brewer’s Choice recipe was inspired by the Belgian-style Tripel – a stronger than average Blonde Pale Ale with a clean, hoppy profile that lets the Belgian yeast esters shine through. You’ll find notes of tart orange citrus, Asian pear, honey-drizzled biscuits, floral hops, and a smooth, dry finish. 7.9% ABV
