Kev The Brewer took a little time in the R&D Brewhouse to work up this little number. Featuring Grüngeist (The Green Ghost) hops, this IPA takes its inspiration from the classic West Coast style of IPAs. This one opens up with some peach, kiwi, and passionfruit aromatics and then a subtle note of lemon zest and wildflower with a more pronounced bitterness on the palate. A light resiny pine note balances out the finish.
