Fresh out of the R&D Brewhouse is Dave’s Dark Saison. Coming in at 8% ABV, this light to medium bodied brew begins with some bitter berry notes and a little citrus, and ends with a dry, roasty, chocolate finish. Some subtle spice notes from the saison yeast linger on the tongue. A dark, mysterious, and rustic saison.
