We’ve been brewing beer here in Hampden for 11 years, in the shadow of TV Hill and the radio towers that loom over us. Each morning for the last decade, three handsome gentlemen known as Justin, Scott, & Spiegel take over the airwaves of 98Rock, to bring some levity to our morning commutes and early morning brew days. Like barley, hops, and yeast – Justin, Scott, and Spiegel are the ingredients to a morning show that is more than the sum of its parts, and we are grateful for the opportunity to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the JSS Morning Show with a new brew for the summer.

All of us here at UNION & the fine folks at 98Rock and the JSS Show are pleased to introduce a new limited edition Summer Lager: JSS Well, Hello Beer!

Well, Hello Beer is a crisp and hop-forward lager that is both flavorful and balanced, with a gentle bitterness and a clean dry finish. With help from JSS, we carefully selected a hop profile that offers notes of grapefruit, mango, & white grape and built a solid base lager to support all that flavor. The result is a light to medium-bodied, lager with a gentle bitterness and a pop of citrus fruitiness that is meant to stand up to the humid Baltimore summer. Pull up a lawn chair, turn up the radio, crack a can, and say hello to “Well, Hello Beer”.
