Much like a can of craft beer, there is just something magical about a vinyl record. Eight-Track Tapes and your Dad’s cheap macro lager were all the rage once. Cassettes and a European Imported bottle certainly changed the game. The compact disc and a microbrew had a good run. But it’s the return to the classic vinyl LP and a crisp, clean, hoppy lager that will always reign supreme.
Long Play Lager was brewed to honor our 9th Anniversary and we turned up the amp a bit. LP comes in at a run-time ABV of 6.6% but drinks like smooth jazz. Naturally carbonated and showcasing a pop of fruity hops over a solid malty, almost sourdough-like base. Aromas of orange and mango balanced by a touch of herbaceous spice notes make this a real gem for any crate digger. Clean off those dusty grooves and drop the needle on a Long Play Lager!
LP Lager will be available starting this week at the brewery and at your favorite beer, wine, and liquor stores in Maryland and D.C.
